Here you will find headsets and helmet installation kits for all types of helmets. In most cases, communication is required under difficult conditions such as noise, cold, etc. All headsets can be supplied with various PTT push-to-talk buttons. The headsets can be supplied with complete cabling or separately in upper and lower parts with Nexus plug connections. Our PTT8 transmit button with Nexus socket or our Aurelis handheld monophone, also with Nexus socket, can be used as the lower part. The lower parts are produced with the required radio connection plug.

Bluetooth communication systems for motorcycle helmets
Motorcycle helmets from Nolan with built-in certified Bluetooth headset N-Com Kit M951-R Series for use with smartphones or other Bluetooth devices. The headset can be used for making phone calls (e.g. also for 2 phones, mobile conferences), as an intercom (e.g. Open Mesh, Group Mesh), for multimedia applications (music, navigation) and other functions.
Available in various sizes and colours (standard white or black).

Hearing protection headsets for use in helicopters
Special 3M Peltor capsule hearing protection headset for helicopter use. This headset can be used as a headband headset or adapted with a helmet adapter for various helmets (pictured with Draeger HPS3500 forest fire helmet) and used with all helicopter intercom systems.
It has a built-in impedance switch and a preamplifier, so it can be used with dynamic (e.g. Austrian Armed Forces helicopters) and electret microphone inputs (e.g. police helicopters and civil helicopters). Simply select the correct switch position and then connect to the intercom via the Nexus plug.
Furthermore, the headset can also be connected to analogue or digital radio devices, such as the Motorola MTP3550, which is very common in Austria, via a PTT button or handheld monophone.
Available for helmets such as Petzl Vertex Vent, Dräger HPS3400/HPS3500, Casco PF100 Rescue, Kask, Kong, etc.

Hearing protection headsets for Rosenbauer Heros H10 forest fire helmet with Hellberg helmet adapter for use with radio equipment and in helicopters
Special Hellberg Secure 2 Yellow capsule hearing protection headset for the Rosenbauer Heros H10 forest fire helmet with Nexus plug for connection to a radio device via transmit button or handheld monophone. Or for direct connection to the helicopter intercom via Nexus plug.
It has a built-in impedance selector switch and a preamplifier, so it can be used with both dynamic microphone inputs (e.g. Austrian Armed Forces helicopters) and electret microphone inputs (e.g. police helicopters and civilian helicopters). All you need to do is select the correct switch position and connect it to the intercom via a Nexus connector.

Can be combined with different plugs for helicopter or aircraft intercoms, as well as various transmit buttons, and is available for a wide range of analogue and digital radio devices. Headset for ski helmets
Helmet headset kit for various ski helmets. The headset is screwed onto the side and has a noise-compensated gooseneck microphone for perfect voice transmission even in windy conditions at high speeds, e.g. when riding a squad, Ski-Doo, snowmobile or snowcat. The Nexus plug can be connected to our many PTT bases or handheld microphones.
The ski helmet with headset can be used in training for ski courses, mountain rescuers, ski clubs, slope preparation, etc. The picture shows a Salomon Patrol Pro, but we can also adapt other ski helmets.

Hearing protection headset with helmet adapter for safety helmets
Headset with ear protection capsules and helmet adapter for safety helmets. Various adapters are available for different helmets. Broadly speaking, there are plug-in adapters, screw-in adapters and clamp adapters. In some cases, additional adapters are available to adjust the helmet adapter, e.g. for KASK helmets.
The headset is already equipped with a robust PTT talk button and the desired radio connection plug.

Hearing protection headsets for air and mountain rescue
Many different customised solutions available. Equipped with the appropriate helmet adapter depending on the helmet type. Depending on the desired communication device, such as helicopter intercom or analogue and digital radios, the headsets can be individually adapted to your needs with different plugs and multiple pin configurations.

Impedance switching for helicopter intercom
If you already have a pilot helmet with an integrated headset or other helmet intercom system for your helicopter intercom, we can also retrofit an impedance switch for you.
This will allow your helmet or built-in headset to be used for Austrian Armed Forces helicopters (with dynamic low-impedance microphone input) as well as for police helicopters and other civil helicopters, e.g. Christophorus of the ÖAMTC and other private helicopter operators. These require high-impedance electret microphone inputs for their intercom systems.
Using an integrated preamplifier, the headset can also be operated with analogue or digital radio equipment via a PTT button or a handheld monophone.
Hearing protection headset with helmet plug adapter for mountaineering and safety helmets
Various customised solutions for installation in mountaineering helmets (e.g. Petzl Vertex Vent, etc.) or safety helmets with passive hearing protection combined with a communication set.

The sound insulation shells are mounted on the safety helmet using an adapter (clamp, plug-in or screw adapter). The INVISIO T7 is a lightweight and submersible hearing protection headset available in three interchangeable wearing styles. The T7 is submersible to a depth of 10 metres and extremely robust, making it ideal for use in demanding environments. Hearing protection headsets from 3M Peltor
Among other things, we distribute Peltor headsets for the police, military (tactical headsets) and for use in industry. This includes the Tactical XP, ProTac III, ProTac III Slim, ProTac Hunter/Shooter, SportTac, ComTac XPI (EOL) and its successor ComTAC VIII, CH-5, CH-5 Flex, Tactical XP Flex and WS ProTac XPI Flex2 product ranges, as well as ATEX headsets.
Various headset solutions from 3M Peltor for wearing with or without a helmet. Some of the headsets are foldable or collapsible and can also be worn under a helmet. If desired, the Peltor ear muffs can also be mounted directly on the helmet (with a flip-away function) using a helmet adapter. The tactical headsets of the Peltor ComTac XPI series with external noise perception are available for police and military use. You can hear everything at all times, but your hearing is still protected!
