TourGuide rental

Do you only have a few assignments? No problem:
you can also hire our TourGuide systems or guided tour radio systems for your event from us. Simply order a hire system from us!

Please provide us with information about your planned event:
-Type of assignment, e.g. factory tour, interpreting, general event
-How many groups are to be guided
-Group size
-Environmental conditions (noise, size of location, etc.)

We will work out a suitable solution for you!

Of course, you are also welcome to rent additional equipment from us for your existing tour guide system if, for example, you need to cover a larger event once a year (e.g. an open day or a roadshow).

Depending on the type of assignment, our rental equipment comes with new batteries or fully charged rechargeable batteries. The devices are set to the desired channels. All parts, such as our hygienic ear hooks, are cleaned. So you don’t have to worry about a thing and receive a system that is ready for immediate use. Above a certain size, we equip our rental systems with additional free accessories so that nothing can go wrong! Rental includes free training on request and is completely unbureaucratic.

You can collect your rental equipment in person from our premises in Vienna. However, we also ship daily via DPD or, if necessary, via express services such as EMS, UPS or DHL. We ship our equipment within Austria, but also to Germany and other European countries. Shipping to Switzerland is also possible. However, due to customs clearance, this is more costly and time-consuming. Therefore, please enquire or place your order in good time.
