On 22 June 2026, a new chapter begins for headsets.at – Imtradex Communications:

The company is relocating to its new premises at Ingeborg-Bachmann-Platz 3, 1220 Vienna. Following a long and intensive search for suitable premises, we have finally succeeded in finding a location that meets the needs of a growing business whilst offering excellent accessibility.

The timing of the move is particularly noteworthy: Just a few days before the 100th birthday of the Austrian writer and namesake of the square, Ingeborg Bachmann, who was born on 25 June 1926 and was one of the most significant German-language authors of the 20th century. In 2026, her 100th birthday will be celebrated in Austria and internationally with numerous events and tributes.

Twice as much space for growth and innovation

With its new premises, headsets.at – Imtradex has doubled its available space. The previous premises had increasingly become too small to meet the needs of a steadily growing company. The new headquarters now offers significantly more space for modern workspaces, storage areas, customer service and future developments.

“We spent a long time looking for the right location. It was important to us not only to create more space, but also to find an environment that is easily accessible and offers real added value to our staff and customers,” explains managing partner Franz Drnek.

The new location meets these requirements exactly and lays the foundation for further growth in the coming years.

Excellent transport links in Vienna-Donaustadt

A key advantage of the new headquarters is its excellent public transport links. The U1 underground station is just around 450 metres away. This means that staff, customers and business partners can reach Vienna city centre directly in no time at all. The quick connection to Stephansplatz, Vienna’s most central location, is particularly appealing. The U1 takes you to the historic centre of the capital in around 25 minutes without having to change trains. At the same time, the location in Donaustadt offers plenty of space, modern infrastructure and a pleasant working environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Opposite the new office is the magnificent Ingeborg Bachmann Park, offering plenty of peace and greenery!

A location with special symbolic significance

The fact that the move is taking place in the very week of Ingeborg Bachmann’s 100th birthday lends the move a special symbolic significance. The multi-award-winning writer stands for vision and the courage to break new ground – values that also shape the development of headsets.at – Imtradex Communications. Ingeborg Bachmann was born on 25 June 1926 in Klagenfurt, died in Rome in 1973 and is still regarded today as one of the most important voices in German-language literature.

With its new headquarters at Ingeborg-Bachmann-Platz 3, headsets.at is therefore not only starting afresh at a new address, but also embarking on the future with new opportunities. The move marks an important milestone in the company’s history and creates the physical conditions necessary to continue impressing customers with first-class service, innovative solutions and personalised advice.
