With our multimedia guide solutions, your visitors can walk through your exhibition with a tablet or smartphone. We offer solutions using museum-owned devices as well as the visitor’s own smartphone, based on the “bring your own device” principle.

Visitors can access the relevant audio, image or video file for each object at the touch of a button. This gives visitors access to an extensive multimedia portfolio and allows them to linger at the object of their choice for as long as they like, without any time pressure, and at their own pace.

We offer content management systems that allow you or the curator to easily put together the entire tour on a computer using drag & drop. This tour is then either loaded onto your own devices, such as tablets, which are handed out to visitors. If you want to save yourself the expense of purchasing your own devices, visitors can also use their own smartphones. This is possible without downloading an app. The tour runs in the phone’s normal browser.

The tours can be enhanced with augmented reality. However, this requires an additional app. Visitors can decide for themselves whether they want to use this or not.

The existing network can be used to stream the content. We can also set up your network for the tour. Guests can also use their own data access from their provider. For European customers, this is now usually free of charge or included in the normal tariff.
