AirTALK 5000 XS
The AirTalk® 5000 XS is an extremely lightweight, monaural headset for the ATC sector, characterised by its very low weight and high stability.
The swivelling suspension ensures a perfect fit, even with strong and abrupt head movements. The very robust steel wires of the headset connection cable ensure reliable communication and a long service life. To ensure a high level of wearing comfort, the headset has a single-sided cable guide.
With the newly designed, flexible headband, the headset adapts to any size and shape of head. Removable spacer distance clips also ensure a perfect fit and comfortable pressure equalisation. Combined with ear pads made from high-performance CoolMax® fabric, the new headset offers optimum comfort throughout the entire shift.
As usual, various microphone types are available for the AirTalk® 5000 XS – for example short or long gooseneck microphones in different versions (e.g. electret or dynamic version). The microphone can be used on both sides and is equipped with state-of-the-art noise cancellation for clear audio transmission. As with all Imtradex headsets, you can freely select the PTT buttons and connections for each VCS.

AirTALK ZETA
The new AirTalk® ZETA, a versatile on-ear headset solution designed for maximum comfort and performance. With a sleek and stylish design, the ZETA offers advanced audio quality and integrates acoustic components from the renowned AirTalk® 5000 series. Equipped with a flexible gooseneck microphone, the ZETA ensures optimal transmission for clear communication in any environment.
Users can choose between a splitting (stereo) or mono version to suit different user scenarios. In addition, the headset is fully customizable to AirTalk® PTT units (PTT-13, PTT-13 Volume Control, PTT-19, and PTT-19 Dual) and offers seamless integration and advanced functionality. The lightweight construction and wide headband of the ZETA ensure a comfortable fit during extended wear, while the swivel ear cup suspension ensures a custom fit to the user’s ears. This is a replacement product for the Plantronics CA22, CA12, and Imtradex WL-DECT models, which have been tried and tested in control centers for many years. It is a wireless headset system with PTT transmit button function for radio applications.
The JPL Scout 3100 is a wireless PTT DECT system that, like the Poly CA22 SC, is single-channel, meaning that the user hears a signal, e.g., telephone or radio, through the headset speaker, which is reproduced on one or both sides (monaural or binaural).
The Scout 3100 base station has a charging compartment for the handheld unit with a large pistol grip transmit button. Any headset can be connected via the QD (Quick Disconnect) connector. The station not only enables wireless telephony, but also radio communication with a wireless transmit button function. A second battery is included in the scope of delivery, which is charged in the charging station parallel to the handset. This ensures round-the-clock operation seven days a week. In short: the headset is always ready for use around the clock. This is an important aid in facilitating communication, especially in the event of a disaster.
The JPL Scout 3100 has an analog RJ45 connection socket, for which we can supply various analog connection cables with plugs, such as FAA/PJ7, segment plugs, or Lemosa. The bright red Ground Support Communication noise protection headset for connection to the aircraft intercom system has a waterproof, noise-compensated electret microphone. The small transmit button is located on the ear cup and can be switched to 3 positions.
The red spiral cable can be extended to approx. 10 meters. It is connected to the aircraft via a jack plug.

This headset with certified hearing protection is used for aircraft handling at airports by ramp agents.
The bright red Ground Support Communication noise protection headset for connection to the aircraft intercom system has a waterproof, noise-compensated electret microphone. Noise-canceling headset for aircraft handling
Headset for ramp agents for use in aircraft handling (e.g., for communication between pilots and ground personnel, pushback of aircraft on the tarmac, and maintenance work on the ground). Pushback operations are dangerous. Loud background noise makes communication difficult during these tasks. Clear communication is essential for the safety of ground personnel and the safe movement of the aircraft. This headset ensures the necessary precise and clear communication.
The adjustable headband is made of corrosion-resistant, chrome-plated steel. Soft ear cushions guarantee exceptional comfort even when worn for long periods of time and offer passive noise reduction of 23 dB (NRR). There is a small PTT (push-to-talk) button on the ear cup. In addition, an ergonomically shaped in-line PTT transmit button is provided for easier operation, even when wearing gloves.
The flexible microphone boom arm can be moved 270 degrees, allowing the microphone to be positioned on either the right or left side. The microphone is of course also equipped with noise cancellation, so that your speech is always transmitted clearly and intelligibly.

The 3M Peltor CH-3 GroundCom headset takes hearing protection and communication on the apron to a new level of performance. The 3M Peltor Ground Mechanics Adapter is used to connect a headset to the ground intercom of aircraft. A button can be used to open the communication channel (PTT – “push to talk”). The cable is spiral-shaped and has a length of 3 m when not under tension. Under tension, it can be extended to 6 m.
