Transmit buttons PTT Push-to-Talk
With our external transmit buttons, you can key the talk channel of your radio without having to touch it. This means that the radio does not have to be directly accessible and can be carried more easily on your person, e.g. in a jacket. Our buttons can either be permanently wired to the headset or supplied separately via a Nexus socket as a base unit with the desired radio plug. Various headset tops with Nexus plugs are available for this purpose.

Transmit button Titan PTT20
The Titan Large Body PTT20 is a flexible and versatile push-to-talk transmit button. The extra-large front PTT button makes communication easier, even when wearing gloves or when the PTT20 is placed under equipment and protective clothing. The Titan Large Body PTT20 is the ideal accessory for fire and rescue services and is available for a wide range of radios. In addition, the Nexus socket allows a variety of headsets to be connected.
Transmit button JU-121-XX + optional wireless PTT
This inline transmit button with a small round recessed button head is equipped with IP67 protection. The PTT has a Nexus socket that comes standard with Peltor Nexus 02 assignment. Various headset tops with Nexus plugs, e.g. our tactical neckband headset with bone conduction earpiece and boom mic, can be connected to the transmit button. The button is supplied with various radio connectors. The version for the Motorola MTP3550 can be ordered with item no. JU-121-03, for example.
Optionally, it can also be combined with our wireless PTT transmit button JU-601-01. This wireless PTT operates in the 2.4 GHz frequency range.

Tactical PTT transmit button with built-in microphone
Consisting of a radio connection and a durable PU cable to a tactical PTT unit with built-in microphone. The large surface button makes operation easy. It can also be operated with gloves, under clothing or with the elbow. Protection class IP67!
The military-standard NEXUS socket with quick-release fastener allows various headsets to be connected for full communication. In situations where the headset is not required, it can be disconnected from the Nexus socket. A simple earpiece can be connected either to the 3.5 mm socket on the side or via the Nexus socket. The internal circuits detect that a pure receiver has been connected and activate the built-in microphone circuit. The user can now press the PTT button on the radio and speak directly into the tactical PTT, so that it functions like a conventional speaker microphone.
Tactical PTT transmit button
Our tactical push-to-talk transmit button with integrated Nexus headset jack has protection class IP68. The internal amplifier is designed for connecting headsets with dynamic or electret microphones.
The product is compatible with most headsets equipped with a 4-pin Nexus jack. The button is also available as a Duo double PTT button (see below)!

The PTT8 offers protection against splashing water and foreign objects, has high stability thanks to glass fibre reinforced plastic, accidental operation is not possible due to the raised key guard, a silent version is available, e.g. for special units, the clothing clip can be rotated through 180°, the push button is available in black as standard, e.g. for fire brigades, but also in luminescent material, it is available as an in-line or end button, and a version with a Nexus socket or fixed cabling is also available.
Transmit button with external small additional PTT for shaft mounting
Large, robust transmit button with Nexus coupling for connecting tactical headsets. The button is equipped with a mounting clip and a connection socket for an additional external PTT. This external button is suitable for mounting on a rifle stock (e.g. for use by precision marksmen).

The button can be attached to clothing using a clip. The button is available with different Nexus assignments and for all common radio devices.

PTT transmit button for aeronautical radio intercom radio adaptation
This large round transmit button is designed for connection to aeronautical radio and intercom systems. This allows you to connect pilot helmets or flight rescue helmets, which are connected to the helicopter intercom via a Nexus plug, to your radio device (e.g. when exiting or descending from the helicopter). The button can be adapted for electret or dynamic microphones commonly used in aviation, including those from David Clark (e.g. M-87/AIC or M-7/DC).

VOX PTT adapter cable with voice control function
Adapter cable with built-in VOX voice control for automatic keying of the radio channel as soon as speech is detected. Any headset top can be connected via the Nexus socket. Can also be used in noisy environments, e.g. for air rescue teams during rope rescues. Despite the high ambient noise and air turbulence caused by the helicopter rotors, the channel is reliably selected and speech is transmitted clearly and intelligibly. The sensitivity of the voice control can be selected via a switch. If necessary or in an emergency, the integrated talk button can also be used to select the channel.

Bluetooth PTT transmit buttons
Bluetooth-PTT-Button
This Bluetooth finger ring PTT transmit button is registered with a Bluetooth radio adapter plug and is used to activate the talk channel. The button can be attached to a finger like a ring using Velcro tape.
The wireless button is powered by a long-life button cell battery. The button can be switched on and off via an internal switch. A splash guard cap is available as an option.

PTT handheld microphone speaker Titan MM50-TAC2 with separate DOUBLE PTTs for connecting two radios
The MM50-TAC2 dual PTT handheld monophone is equipped with two PTT buttons which, unlike conventional standard handheld monophones, can be controlled separately for two different radios. There is a round front button for the main radio and another button on the side for the second radio.
The MM50-TAC2 dual PTT has an 8-pin push-pull connector to which the IE2-TAC ear microphone headset with hearing protection and external noise perception is connected. It also has volume control buttons, an emergency call button and a 3.5 mm earpiece jack.

PTT transmit button adapter cable for radio integration into Axiwi intercom system
This special cable allows a radio device, in this case the Motorola MTP3550, to be integrated into intercom communication systems such as Axiwi AT320 or AT350. The cable is connected to an Axiwi device via a jack plug. This allows all radio messages coming through the radio to be heard by all intercom group members on the other Axiwis. By pressing the PTT button, all conversations in the intercom group can also be sent to all other radios. The complete solution has already been delivered to several mountain rescue services.
PTT push-to-talk button for smartphones
Talk button for smartphones – PTT button for mobile phones
This robust talk button is equipped with a coiled cable with a 4-pin 3.5 mm jack plug with CTIA assignment for tablets and smartphones. It has a 3.5 mm jack socket on the top, which allows any wired mobile phone headset to be connected.
To speak, the user must press the talk button, similar to a radio. This has the great advantage, especially when used in chat rooms or for group calls on apps such as WhatsApp or Signal, that not all participants’ microphones are always open, but only when the talk button is pressed.
This ensures that unwanted voice transmissions, such as coughing, laughing, side comments or even noise, are not transmitted to all other participants in the talk group. Our TN-117-01 hearing protection headset is particularly recommended for noisy environments.
Info for tech enthusiasts: the built-in special circuit lets the smartphone know that a headset is actually connected, even though the microphone line is interrupted (when the send button is not pressed) and the mobile phone would therefore “think” that only headphones were connected without this adjustment.
Please note: the send button cannot be used as a PTT button for PTT over Cellular (PTToC or PoC) apps (such as Zello, Taasta, Wave PTX, Airbus Agnetwork, BTTALK, Buddycom, Grouptalk, Tait, Zebra, etc.). Wireless PTT transmit button adapter with clip for Bluetooth devices such as smartphones. The adapter has a built-in microphone and a 3.5 mm jack socket for connecting conventional headphones or headsets. This means that earphones with sound tubes or our Near special earphones can also be connected. The adapter detects when a headset is connected and automatically switches from the built-in microphone to the headset microphone. This means that our adapter can also be combined with our ear microphone system or induction system, for example.
This provides a modular system that can be used for personal protection as well as for concealed wear during surveillance.
The adapter has buttons for volume control and call acceptance when making phone calls. In addition, our wireless external PTT buttons can also be used.

Wireless Bluetooth handheld microphone speaker
This wireless handheld microphone can be used with your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth.
It can be used as a hands-free device for normal phone calls or WhatsApp calls. The microphone is then always open and the PTT normally has no function.
However, we also have a reprogrammed special version in our range which, when the PTT is pressed, switches the microphone on as with a radio and switches it off again when released. This prevents unwanted background noise from being transmitted continuously. This is an important feature, especially for telephone or WhatsApp conferences.
The handset has a large, powerful speaker and the microphone is located on the front. On the right-hand side there is a talk button and an emergency call button, and on the left-hand side there is a volume control with push buttons.
On the back is a large, robust and rotatable clip so that the monophone can be positioned optimally on clothing. It is also equipped with a 3.5 mm jack socket for connecting standard headphones, earphones or sound tubes.
