Rental / Hire

Do you only have a few assignments? No problem either:
You don’t have to buy our guidance systems (personnel guidance system or conference system) for your event, exhibition or open day – you can also hire them from us.

Please provide us with information about your planned event:
-Type of assignment, e.g. factory tour, interpreting, general event
-How many groups are to be guided
-Group size
-Environmental conditions (noise, size of location, etc.)

We will work out a suitable solution for you!

You are of course welcome to rent additional equipment from us for your existing system if, for example, you need to cover a larger event once a year (e.g. an open day or a roadshow).

Depending on the system and type of use, our rental systems are equipped with new batteries or fully charged rechargeable batteries. All parts, such as our hygienic ear hooks, are cleaned as a matter of course. You order your rental system in the desired configuration and don’t have to worry about anything else; you will receive a system that is ready for immediate use.

You can pick up your rental equipment in person at our premises in Vienna. However, we also ship daily via DPD or, if necessary, via express services such as EMS, UPS or DHL. We ship our equipment within Austria, but also to Germany and other European countries. Shipping to Switzerland is also possible. However, due to customs clearance, this is more costly and time-consuming. Therefore, please make your enquiry or order in good time.
