Headsets with helmet adapter
Here you will find our lightweight headsets for various helmets.
The headsets are inserted into the respective helmet using a fixed adapter piece or installed on the helmet with a screw adapter. There are different versions depending on the respective helmet.
The headsets can be supplied with complete cabling or separately in upper and lower parts with Nexus plug connections. Our PTT20 and PTT8 transmit buttons with Nexus sockets or our MM20, MM50, Aurelis etc. handheld monophones, also with Nexus sockets, can be used as the lower part.
The lower parts are produced with the required radio connection plug.

Titan Firecom HUC7 headset for Dräger HPS7000 firefighter helmet
Headset for use in combination with the Dräger HPS7000 firefighter helmet. The helmet headset is simply plugged into the helmet and can be connected to either a handheld monophone or a PTT adapter cable via a Nexus connector.
The headset has a very short gooseneck and therefore does not need to be worn in front of the mouth. Nevertheless, it can also be used with a breathing mask and in noisy environments while still providing good speech intelligibility. The headset is also available in other versions for firefighter helmets, e.g. from Rosenbauer.

Titan Firecom HUC7-ROS headset for Rosenbauer Heros Titan, Heros H30 and Heros H10 fire helmets

The headset has a long gooseneck so that the microphone can be positioned directly in front of the mouth or breathing mask. The helmet headset can be ordered in a version for wearing on the left or right.

Titan Firecom HUC5 headset for MSA Auer F1SF firefighter helmet with extra-short gooseneck microphone
The HUC5 is equipped with a plug adapter for MSA Auer F1SF and F2 firefighter helmets. This headset can be connected directly to a loudspeaker microphone or a PTT via the Nexus connection.
The HUC5 is available in a single-sided version for your helmet. Like the HUC7, this special solution comes with an extra-short gooseneck microphone.

Titan Firecom HUC5 headset for MSA Auer F1SF firefighter helmet
The HUC5 is equipped with a plug adapter for MSA Auer F1SF and F2 firefighter helmets. This headset can be connected directly to a speaker microphone or a PTT via the Nexus connection.
The HUC5 is available in a single-sided, double-sided and earpiece-only version for your helmet.

Imtradex FireTALK hearing and communication sets for firefighter helmets
Headset for use in combination with firefighter helmets. The FireTALK is simply plugged into the helmet adapter and the helmet adapter is mounted on the helmet. Equipped with an extra-long gooseneck, it achieves outstanding voice quality even when speaking with a breathing mask on. The headset is combined with our PTT8 push-to-talk button and the connector plug for your radio. The headset can also be connected to the PTT8 or the Aurelis handheld monophone via a Nexus socket.
The FireTalk is also certified according to EN443:2008-02 in combination with the Schuberth F120, F120Pro and F130 helmets.
Imtradex FireTALK S hearing and communication sets for firefighter helmets
Headset for use in combination with firefighter helmets. For the FireTALK, the correct helmet adapter must first be selected and screwed onto the FireTALK S headset. The helmet adapter is then screwed onto the respective helmet. Equipped with an extra-long gooseneck, this ensures excellent voice quality even when speaking with a breathing mask on. The headset is combined with our PTT8 push-to-talk button and the connector plug for your radio. The headset can also be connected to the PTT8 or the Aurelis handheld monophone via a Nexus socket.
