Here you will find our ear microphone systems. In most cases, communication must be possible under difficult conditions such as noise, cold, etc. All headsets can be supplied with various PTT push-to-talk buttons. The headsets can be supplied with complete cabling or separately in upper and lower parts with Nexus plug connections. Our PTT8 transmit button with Nexus socket or our Aurelis handheld monophone, also with Nexus socket, can be used as the lower part. The lower parts are produced with the required radio connection plug.

In-ear ear microphone system
Simple ear microphone system with bone conduction, without hearing protection function. You speak into the ear via bone conduction vibrations and hear via the additional built-in loudspeaker. The headset is connected to a large, round and robust PTT transmit button, which can also be operated with gloves or with your elbow.
The system is available for all standard radio devices on the market, including the Motorola MTP3550 digital radio device, which is very popular in Austria.

The INVISIO X5 ear microphone headset was developed exclusively for INVISIO’s multi-PTT buttons and is an essential component of the INVISIO hearing protection system. It is a bilateral in-ear hearing protection headset with an in-ear microphone and additional external microphones for natural external sound pickup with ambient hearing. Replaceable foam ear tips in six sizes for hearing protection and excellent comfort. The INVISIO X5 is the in-ear headset for military and police special forces. The headset is fully compatible with other INVISIO systems.

PTT transmit buttons from Invisio
Invisio offers various PTT control units. In addition to PTT control units with a single transmit button (e.g. V20), there are also multi-PTT control units with several transmit buttons (e.g. V50, V60). This enables the simultaneous use and control of multiple radios, vehicle or helicopter intercom systems, or smartphones.

The INVISIO Intercom System ICS (INV15696) enables multiple users and radios to be connected simultaneously using the soldier’s existing system. The soldier can access all vehicle communications directly from their INVISIO control unit. The soldier does not need to put on or take off their equipment when entering or leaving a vehicle.
This enables secure and seamless cross-group communication and connection to the intercom system. Each vehicle communication platform can be integrated with minimal effort. Titan IE1 ear microphone
The TITAN in-ear headset with bone conduction microphone is the perfect headset for users in demanding, noisy, safety-critical environments. The patented in-ear microphone captures speech patterns in the ear canal to deliver clear sound even when you are whispering. The in-ear headset comes with different sizes of foam tips to ensure optimal comfort when using the headset.
With the Nexus connector plug, it can be combined with all talk buttons and hand-held controls with a Nexus socket.
Customised earmoulds
On request, you can receive customised earmoulds for our headsets. This ensures that your headset/earphones fit even better and more comfortably in your ear. We require an ear impression from a hearing aid acoustician. This is available as an actual plastic impression, but it is even better to receive your impression as a 3D file. Our earmould partner will then use your data to produce your personalised, custom-made earmould. Naturally, the earmould will be supplied with the appropriate attachment for your headset or earphones.
In-ear microphone with hearing protection and external noise perception Titan IE2-TAC
Dual in-ear headset with ambient microphones that enables situational awareness. The dual in-ear headset with ambient microphones allows you to work with full situational awareness while communicating via the radio. The IE2-TAC uses a patented in-ear microphone system that picks up your voice from the ear canal. We also use high-end speakers for the best possible sound experience. The TAC system is programmed to protect your hearing in the event of impulse noise. This means that situational awareness is switched off and incoming noise above 85 dB is compressed.
The IE2-TAC requires a special version of the MM50 speaker microphone, namely the MM50-TAC, as the PTT button base. This is not equipped with the standard Nexus connector, but with an 8-pin push-pull connector.
PTT handheld microphone speaker Titan MM50-TAC
Control box/remote speaker microphone in one. The MM50-TAC alone can function as a standard speaker microphone with two large PTT buttons, volume buttons and an emergency call button, and also features a 3.5 mm earpiece jack. The MM50-TAC has an 8-pin push-pull connector to which the IE2-TAC headset is connected. When the IE2-TAC is connected to the MM50-TAC, the MM50-TAC acts as a control unit with two control buttons on the top that can be used to activate/deactivate the ambient sound perception in the IE2-TAC headset and adjust the volume of the ambient sound in 5 levels.

The TITAN tactical headset with bone conduction microphone is a communication device specially designed for the battlefield. The ambient microphones ensure that the user’s ear is protected from loud noises, but still allow them to hear everything that is going on around them at all times.
The patented in-ear microphone captures speech patterns in the ear canal and delivers clear sound even when whispering. The inline box has a side PTT, a volume control and an ambient volume control, and uses a 3-volt battery.
