Applications of Grand Multicom Pro full-duplex radios in SYSTEM mode
Up to 10 group members can always talk to each other in full duplex mode. Multiple groups can be linked together via the radio gateway.
Below, we would like to present a few examples of how Grand Multicom Pro radios can be used with the gateway in SYSTEM mode:
Working for the fire brigade
All firefighters in groups A and B can communicate with each other in full duplex within their respective groups. This could be two breathing apparatus teams, for example. Using the radio gateway, each firefighter can also talk to everyone else in the second group and, of course, to all other radios on the same channel by pressing the PTT button.
Use in mountain rescue with helicopters
All mountain rescuers in the respective groups A & B, e.g. ground crew and helicopter crew, can communicate with each other in their own group via full duplex. Via the radio gateway, each mountain rescuer can also talk to everyone else in the second group and, of course, to all other radios on the same channel by pressing the PTT button.
Use at the airport for aircraft handling
All employees in groups A & B on the airfield can communicate with each other in their own group via full duplex. Using the radio gateway, each employee can also talk to everyone else in the second group and, of course, to all other employees on the airfield who are working with radios on the same channel by pressing the PTT button.
Use in road and tunnel construction
All construction workers in groups A and B on the construction site can communicate with each other in their own group via full duplex. Using the radio gateway, each employee can also talk to everyone else in the second group of construction workers and, of course, to all other employees on the construction site who are working with radios on the same channel by pressing the PTT button.
Use on the construction site
All construction workers in groups A & B, e.g. the ground crew and the second group on the roof of the high-rise building, can communicate with each other in their own group via full duplex. Using the radio gateway, each employee can also talk to everyone else in the second group, i.e. from the ground to the roof and back, at the touch of a PTT button. The crane operator and other employees, such as the site manager and foremen, can also communicate via radio devices set to the same channel.
Use on multiple construction sites & headquarters
All construction workers at sites A, B, and C, as well as a group at headquarters, can communicate with each other in their own group via full duplex. Using the radio gateway, each employee can also talk to all other colleagues in other groups and, of course, to all other employees on the construction site who are working with radios on the same channel by pressing the PTT button.
This means that, in this case, a total of 40 participants can communicate with each other!
