Here you will find our headsets for harsh industrial use in difficult environmental conditions, such as noisy environments. The headsets are very robust and equipped with noise-compensating electret microphones, so that mainly speech is transmitted and ambient noise is filtered out.
Our headsets can be adapted for smartphones or most handheld radios, mobile radios or digital radios available on the market from various manufacturers such as Motorola, Sepura, Kenwood and many more. This means we supply complete sets with pre-installed connectors for your mobile phone, radio or even your entire intercom system.

Wireless Bluetooth headset with BoneCom1 bone conduction earpiece
This new, simply designed and therefore relatively inexpensive Bluetooth headset, BoneCom1 st, is equipped with two bone conduction receivers. This means that speech is not transmitted directly via airborne sound, but via vibrations through bone conduction. This leaves the ears free to hear other ambient sounds!
When used in noisy environments, the ears can be protected with customised hearing protection or earplugs, yet the signal is still heard clearly and optimally via the bone conduction speakers.
The headset weighs only 28 grams, has protection class IP55 and can be used continuously for over 6 hours. The standby time is up to 7 days.

Wireless Bluetooth headset with AirCom1 air conduction earpiece
This new, simply designed and therefore relatively inexpensive Bluetooth headset, AirCom1, is equipped with two air conduction earphones that sit in front of the ear rather than inside it. This means that speech is not transmitted directly to the ear via air conduction. As a result, the ears remain free to hear other ambient sounds!
The signal transmitted via the air conduction speakers is clear and easy to understand.
The headset weighs only 29 grams, has an IPX5 protection rating and can be used continuously for over 6 hours. The standby time is more than 300 hours.

The Shokz OpenComm Bluetooth headset is equipped with two bone conduction earpieces. This means that speech is not transmitted directly via airborne sound, but via vibrations through bone conduction. This leaves the ears free to hear other ambient sounds.
When used in noisy environments, the ears can be protected with customised hearing protection or earplugs, yet the signal is still heard clearly and optimally via the bone conduction speakers.
Versions without a microphone boom arm, such as the OpenRun and OpenRun Pro, are also available! However, the microphone quality is naturally not as good as with the boom version.

Peltor WS ProTac XPI hearing protection headset
The WS Protac XPI hearing protection headset offers active hearing protection and also has a Bluetooth interface. It can therefore be used with smartphones, DECT telephones or Bluetooth-enabled radio devices. The active hearing protection allows you to talk face-to-face without having to remove the headset. Ambient hearing and spatial hearing are also retained. The headset provides ideal protection against sudden noise.

Bluetooth hearing protection headsets with headband
We have a wide range of Bluetooth headsets that are compatible with our Bluetooth adapters. This hearing protection headset is already equipped with its own PTT transmit button, which is located on the outer shell. The wireless PTT is therefore not absolutely necessary, but can be added as an option. Furthermore, the volume can be adjusted on the headset and there is also a dedicated call answer button for use with a smartphone.

Bluetooth adapter plug for Motorola MTP3550 radio
This adapter makes your MTP3550 Bluetooth-enabled. No Bluetooth licence from Motorola is required. The adapter can be combined with our wireless Bluetooth PTT transmit button. Furthermore, a wide variety of our Bluetooth headsets can then be connected.

Bluetooth adapter plug for Kenwood radio Double jack plug
This adapter makes any Kenwood radio with dual jack sockets Bluetooth-enabled. The adapter can be combined with our wireless Bluetooth PTT transmit button. In addition, a wide variety of our Bluetooth headsets can then be connected.
As the Kenwood radio does not supply power to the jack, the adapter is equipped with a rechargeable battery that is charged via a micro USB jack. The adapter has a PTT transmit button, but it can also be keyed using an optional wireless transmit button.

Double-sided headset with customised ear moulds for noisy environments. The system consists of a Phonak ComCom headset, ear moulds and acoustic filters with a choice of different attenuation levels. The Serenity is feather-light and impresses with its high level of wearing comfort. It can be supplied for various end devices such as radios, mobile phones or intercom systems.

Phonak Serenity DP+ electronic “only” hearing protection
The Serenity DP+ is a dynamic, active hearing protection system with level-dependent electronic noise reduction. This makes it ideal for workers who are exposed to high, variable noise levels. Plus Level technology (+) ensures maximum hearing comfort. The customised earmoulds fit comfortably and perfectly in the ear.
The system always provides exactly the hearing protection the user needs. To do this, it continuously measures the ambient noise and adjusts the attenuation accordingly. Excessive attenuation is avoided so that the user can always hear their surroundings and their ears are optimally protected in every situation. This electronic hearing protection from Phonak reduces dangerously loud noises directly to a level that is safe for the inner ear. The lightning-fast response also ensures that impulse noise such as gunshots or blows is attenuated without delay (in less than a millisecond).
As soon as the ambient noise has dropped back to a safe level, the attenuation decreases. This guarantees full hearing ability, allowing the wearer to perceive life-saving warning signals and converse normally (if necessary, the volume of external perception can be increased when it is quiet).

Electronic hearing protection with radio communication: Phonak Serenity DPC+ combines electronic, noise-level-dependent hearing protection with an integrated, robust headset for communication.
The system is particularly suitable for people who work in environments with fluctuating noise levels but who rely on clear radio communication with their colleagues. This includes workers in heavy industry, emergency services, firefighters, airport employees and many more. Serenity DPC+ combines the intelligent noise reduction of Serenity DP+ with the functions of individually selectable radio devices. It not only protects hearing, but also ensures flawless communication regardless of ambient noise.

On request, you can receive customised earmoulds for our headsets. This ensures that your headset/earphones fit even better and more comfortably in your ear. We require an ear impression from a hearing aid acoustician. This is available as an actual plastic impression, but it is even better to receive your impression as a 3D file. Our earmould partner will then use your data to produce your personalised, custom-made earmould. Naturally, the earmould will be supplied with the appropriate attachment for your headset or earphones.

The over-the-head headset is an ideal communication solution for people who work in high-noise environments, such as the construction, manufacturing and aviation industries.
The noise-compensating, state-of-the-art microphone is waterproof and offers crystal-clear communication. The extremely comfortable ear muffs achieve a very high insulation performance of 26dB. The headset is available with either a small PTT on the ear muff or a large, robust inline PTT for all common types of radio equipment. It is available in both a NON-ATEX version and an ATEX version, e.g. for use in chemical plants or oil refineries.

PTT Push-To-Talk button for smartphones
This robust talk button is equipped with a coiled cable with a 4-pin 3.5 mm jack plug with CTIA assignment for tablets and smartphones. It has a 3.5 mm jack socket on the top, which allows any wired mobile phone headset to be connected.
To speak, the user must press the talk button, similar to a radio. This has the great advantage, especially when used in chat rooms or for group calls on apps such as WhatsApp or Signal, that not all participants’ microphones are always open, but only when the talk button is pressed.
This ensures that unwanted voice transmissions, such as coughing, laughing, side comments or even noise, are not transmitted to all other participants in the talk group. Our TN-117-01 hearing protection headset is particularly recommended for noisy environments.
Info for tech enthusiasts: the built-in special circuit lets the smartphone know that a headset is actually connected, even though the microphone line is interrupted (when the send button is not pressed) and the mobile phone would therefore “think” that only headphones were connected without this adjustment.
